Pay Bill
Pay your utility bill online with Xpress Bill Pay. You will need to create an account with XpressBill Pay the first time you log in. You will then need your utility bill to set up your payment (you only need your utility bill the first time, so you can verify the account information).
Step 1: Click on the sport or event Step 2: Select League and Age (birth certificate will be required at City Hall) Step 3: Register!
Police Records Requests
Submit an online request for accident reports and other police records. After your form is submitted, the records staff will contact you when the report is ready.
